The term "beauty industry" covers such a wide variety of fields that each has its professions. I have met so many specialists in this industry that seem to embody the word “expert,” mastering a skill to build their career. When I was in my teens, I went to England as a complete beginner in the industry and worked frantically to learn as much as I could about hair, makeup and fashion. Still, what makes me the person I am today is more than just acquiring knowledge and skills – it was the encounters and connections I have made with these professionals.

The more you can do, the more people you can meet. Every new encounter motivates me to learn something new. When I look at each project I was involved in, they were all very demanding and sometimes made me anxious about my abilities. Still, when I look at my professional life as a whole, I feel that those positive chains of events have pushed me forward so far.

Now, I am looking into the future. A new challenge I would like to give myself in running a company is to create a larger chain of positivity, involving many more people than just myself. At the moment, each and every professional in various fields are working to their utmost every day with pride and professionalism. When new connections form between those different worlds and people - I am confident that those will be the moments when we can find new stimulation, desire, and hope for each other.
